01What we do

We help you get a confirmed Sariska safari without you having to navigate the Forest Department's booking system, ID checks, and allocation process yourself. That assistance is a paid service, separate from the government safari fee itself.

A convenience fee is added on top of the official government ticket price for every booking we secure, typically between ₹1,500 and ₹10,000 per Jeep or e-Vehicle safari booking, depending on season and how far in advance you book. This fee is disclosed before you pay. We'd encourage you to check the government's own safari pricing independently — once you book with us, the price and convenience fee shown at checkout are final.

We are registered as an eco-tourism agency with the Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Safaris themselves are booked on the government's own system on your behalf; they can also be booked on the spot at the Forest Department ticket window, where slots remain available.

02Booking & payment

Full payment is required upfront to confirm any booking. A booking is held provisionally until payment clears and is only confirmed once we issue a confirmation with your safari details.

• A confirmed booking is tied to the traveller who made it and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged with anyone else.
• If the Forest Department revises its fees after booking, or your final party size differs from what was booked, you're responsible for paying the difference at the gate before entry.

03Entry, ID & gypsy occupancy

Carry the exact ID document you submitted at the time of booking — the Forest Department checks this against your booking at the gate.

A guide is mandatory on every gypsy, and each gypsy can accommodate a maximum of six adults. Both are set by the Forest Department and apply regardless of your party size.

04Cancellations & refunds

Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, under any circumstances. This is our standard policy as a booking facilitator, and it applies uniformly to every confirmed booking — including bookings affected by a park closure, a change in park timings, or any other disruption outside your control. We won't be able to entertain requests for a refund or a rescheduled safari once a booking is confirmed, so please book only once you're certain of your dates.

05Park schedule & closures

• Entry and exit timings are set by the Forest Department and can change without advance notice.
• The Forest Department can close the park at its own discretion, without giving a reason — this is outside our control and, per the policy above, isn't grounds for a refund.

06Sightings & experience

Sariska is a wild forest, not an enclosure — we can put you in the park with an experienced guide, but we can't promise a tiger sighting or any specific wildlife encounter on a given drive. Anyone booking a safari does so understanding that sightings depend on the animals, the season, and a fair amount of luck.

07Liability

Our responsibility ends at getting you a confirmed, correctly documented booking. Once you've boarded the vehicle, matters such as a flat tyre, a guide or driver's conduct, or a safari that runs short of its scheduled duration are between you and the vehicle operator or Forest Department, and we're not liable for them — though we'll always help you raise it with the right party if something goes wrong.

08Changes to these terms

Forest Department rules and fees change from season to season, and we update this page to stay accurate when they do. The version in force at the time you complete a booking is the one that applies to it.

09Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Alwar, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any dispute.
